The custom order is subject to availability and acceptance by Snow Goose Stoneware. Our custom turnaround time is 8-10 weeks.

A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total commission cost is required upon acceptance of the order.

The remaining balance must be paid in full after the commissioned piece is completed.

Snow Goose Stoneware retains the right to use images of the commissioned piece for promotional purposes.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances Snow Goose Stoneware reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the commission. If this occurs, your 25% deposit will be refunded.
